Join me for an all levels Vinyāsa class plus soothing sound healing during savasana on Sunday July 19 — my birthday.
Offered on a sliding scale to raise necessary funds for Renee Gauthier my long-time yoga teacher friend who is bravely navigating stage four cancer. All funds will be donated directly to Renee to support her essential treatments and also be put aside for her 11 year old daughter.
